Homegrown Giving

The Homegrown Giving Program is designed to help employees meet the unique needs of their local communities, funding is available to support eligible non-profit organizations where Williams’ current employees are involved on a regular basis. The Public Outreach Business Partner determines funding based on program guidelines and within established parameters. Donations range from $100 to $5,000.

Only current, active employees may participate in the Williams Homegrown Giving program. When requesting a donation from the Homegrown Giving, please complete a Homegrown Giving Application. For information on how to use the Homegrown Giving system, click on our Employee User Guide.

NOTE: To access the system via Williams.com, you will need to register and establish a password upon your initial login. This will occur even if you have logged on to the system via the Williams network. The password established via Williams.com will not stay in sync with your network password used when logging on via Williams network.

Williams may suspend, change or terminate the program at any time. The Corporation shall determine the interpretation, application and administration of the program provisions, and its decision shall be final.
