Frank Ferazzi became senior vice president of Williams’ Atlantic – Gulf Operating Area in July 2017. Williams’ Atlantic – Gulf Operating Area includes Williams’ Eastern Interstates, in addition to its Gulf West and Gulf East franchises.
Previously, Ferazzi served as vice president and general manager of Williams Eastern Interstates, a position he held since 2012. In that role Ferazzi was responsible for all commercial and operations activities for Williams’ Eastern Interstate pipelines, which includes the Transco natural gas pipeline — the largest interstate natural gas pipeline in the country. Additionally, this included responsibility for operations activities for Gulfstream Natural Gas System and Pine Needle LNG.
Ferazzi began his career with ANR Pipeline (formerly Michigan Wisconsin Pipe Line Company) in Detroit, working in the rates and regulatory areas from 1978-1981. In 1981 he relocated to Houston and began his employment with Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation (Transco). During the next 12 years he worked in various positions of increasing responsibility in the rates and regulatory area. In 1993 he was transferred to the customer service area, serving as director of production area customer service.
In 1995 Ferazzi was promoted to vice president of customer service and since then has been primarily responsible for all commercial activities associated with Williams’ Transco pipeline.
Ferazzi is a native of Battle Creek, Michigan. He attended Central Michigan University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1978.
Ferazzi serves on the board of the Southern Gas Association. He is actively involved in The Horizon School, an academically-based school for down syndrome children, and is a past board member of Sheltering Arms Senior Services in Houston.
