For the first time, the continental U.S. has become an exporter of liquefied natural gas (LNG). Texas based Cheniere Energy Inc. recently made its first international shipment of LNG from its Sabine Pass LNG export terminal in Cameron Parish, La. Williams Partners is currently building the Gulf Trace project to support this export facility.
