The Williams midstream assets are focused in key growth areas where active drilling is taking place. Williams works with producers to help bring their energy to the marketplace.
Note that most of our U.S.-based midstream assets are owned by Williams Partners L.P. (NYSE:WPZ), one of the largest energy master limited partnerships in the country. Williams owns approximately 68 percent of Williams Partners, including the controlling general partner interest.
