Providing the Energy that Heats and Powers NYC

Williams is proud to support WNYC, the premier U.S. public broadcasting organization. In addition to our sponsorship of on-air programming, Williams was one of four major sponsors of RadioLoveFest Feb. 8-11 at the Brooklyn Academy of Music.

Our support of WNYC is just one way Williams is part of the fabric of New York City. Since 2013, Williams and its employees have contributed nearly $3 million to New York non-profit organizations, including:

  • United Way of New York City
    • New York Public Radio
    • New York City Audubon Society
    • Brooklyn Public Library
    • Gay Men’s Health Crisis

In 2016, Williams was awarded the Lucy G. Moses Award from the New York Landmarks Conservancy for our restoration of the historic Floyd Bennett Field.

In addition to supporting our community, we’re also proud to provide safe and reliable energy to the New York City area. We deliver almost half of the natural gas consumed in New York City on a given day to meet everyday needs.
